Cheerio’s-type cereal (Trader Joe’s brand has no wheat, Cheerios has wheat bran)

Oatmeal (cooked)

Noodles (soft cooked): white wheat, rice, spelt, corn/quinoa

Yogurt: soy or cow milk

Tofu

Cottage cheese

Carrots or peas canned

Broccoli florets
(well cooked)

Steamed zucchini

Humus, bean dip

Polenta (corn grits)

Chex and Cheerios

Mixed grain cereal

Whole wheat noodles

Quinoa, rice, millet, couscous, barley

Canned salmon

Soups, canned or homemade (pour off liquid & serve at room temp): chicken noodle, minestrone, beef barley, etc.
